It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Jose Antonio Diaz Fuchs. Born in Camden, NJ on April 1, 1977 and passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 46. Leaving to mourn: his fiancé Sarai Morales; his sons, Jose Jr, Damien, Brandon, Ethan, and Antonio Fuchs; step-children Gianna, Isa, and Siah Gamble; sisters, Carmen Acevedo (Julian), Heather Messina, Ana Figueroa, Juanita (Paul) Steudler and Teresa Pike; step-mother Barbara Pike; brothers, Dereck (Mary) Rivera, Raymond Izquierdo, Brian, Kiko, Antonio, Maurice Figueroa and Miguel Diaz; grandchildren, Isabella Fuchs and Ka’leeah Gamble; beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews; aunts, Joan (Dave) Serfass, Rebecca Gannon, Julieann Morlino, Georgette (Michael) Hodson and his aunt and Godmother Josephine Fuchs; uncle Philip (Marla) Fuchs. Jose is also survived by many, many cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his mother Maryellen Richardson, father Jose Diaz, grandfather Raymond V. Fuchs and grandmother Julia Fuchs, uncles Raymond V. Fuchs Jr. and Francis Joseph Fuchs as well as dear friends, Elvis Ortiz and Bert Sanchez.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewings on Wednesday evening, May 3rd from 6 to 8 PM and again on Thursday morning, May 4th from 10 to 11 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral services Thursday at 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
