Refunds

Digital downloads are generally final once they have been delivered or accessed. If you purchase the wrong item or need help with a digital file that is missing or not working, contact support and we will review the order.

For accidental duplicate purchases, we can review the order and determine whether a correction or refund is appropriate.

Physical product issues such as damage, a wrong item, or a lost shipment are reviewed case by case. Please include photos for damaged items and any tracking or delivery notes that help us investigate the issue with the fulfillment or shipping provider.

If an item is marked preorder or coming soon, any refund review will follow the order status, release timing, and any fulfillment notes shown at purchase time.

When you contact support, please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue so we can respond quickly.
